Thank- You I wanted to take the time to say Thank-You to Hully Gully for the service you provided this year as I decided to change the gears in my 2001 Yamaha R1. First, I want to say Thank You to Josh. You ordered the parts as I needed them and they arrived within 2 days. Thank- You Dave, (Scottish Dave) for sharing knowledge about the R1 before starting this adventure and for working on my clutch; I am glad I requested only you to work on my bike. And last but not least THANK- YOU Harris for all your wisdom and advice you gave during this process. Not sure if I would have been as successful. 1999 Kawasaki Nomad Having previously been in the people business for 30+ years myself, dealing with all kinds, I wasn't sure what to expect buying a used motorcycle or the treatment I'd receive. Most of my cars, trucks & motorcycles purchased over the last 30 years have been new. The treatment received from your employees was far superior than any of my other vehicle purchases & it was only a used bike ! Christian Bassels, Lisa Morley, Bryn in service, Diana at reception, Karrie & Dan the delivery driver/parts guy were the people I conversed/interacted with. They were caring, friendly, kind, paitient & professional in my dealings with them. Please acknowledge them as they are a great asset to your company. Exemplarily service from all. And tell them I said HI & thank you. My many friends, family & colleagues have all been informed of your great establishment. First time I've ever had a chance to brag/gloat about a buying experience ! In the future when my house is sold I hope to return

Hi Karrie Well I got my new bike home safe and sound. There's only one problem, and that's the darn snow won't go away. I was really pleased with the service i received while purchasing my new bike, and found all of your staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Thanks again, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone purchasing a new motorcycle, boat, or off road bike to visit hully gully. "Wow what service." Just wanted to say you guys in service just blew me away. I called in the morning Dec6 regarding a snowblower problem. By 3:00PM on the same day it was picked up, repaired and returned. You all deserve a huge thank you. I'm truly a satisfied customer and I'll tell everyone I meet. Submitted By: Peter

THANK YOU I loved the whole experience of buying at Hully Gully. You have a great store there. I would highly recomend you to everyone. When I started looking for a bike I started phoing around to different Dealerships and oh my gosh, people were just not interested in helping me out. I got put on hold. I was told they would call me back & never did, and then I walked into Hully Gully -what a world of difference. Everyone was walking around with a smile on their face and said Hi - how are you - where are you from. It made me feel like I was amongstl friends. Everyone I spoke to was really knowledgeable about the equipment. I bought an Olympia jacket there and the advice and help I got from the salesperson was great. I have been riding in really cold weather and it has been just perfect. I went ito another Dealership and spoke to one of the employees there. When asked questions I was told "oh I wouldn't know about that I don't ride". I really enjoyed the whole buying expererience at Hully Gully

Suzuki c50t Thanks to Karrie and everyone at Hully Gully for your expert know how, and great service. Other places I have visited knew how to ring me up at the cash, but you guys know your stuff. The c50 is wonderful. l I commute often from Waterloo to Toronto leaving at 5:30 am. sometimes even in the rain, and while dodging bricks falling off a truck, and ladders on the ramp of the 427. The "Boulevard" is great, and the Olympia jacket is far far beyond the leather jackets I started with in the prehistoric days.... see you soon! Submitted By: Ken Sundberg
