Debbie and Richard

We would like to thank everyone at Hully Gully for all of the assistance that we were given. We made it back home with the bike in great condition, no damage done on the 7 hour trip back home. The seat and windshield arrived the day after it was sent Thursday, and the person who reshaped the seat did a great job of it. We won't know for sure if Debbie will be able to ride it or not for sure for a couple of more weeks , as the city hasn't cleaned the sand of the streets from all the winter sanding that was done up here, so mit is a little dangerous for bike riding right now.

We had a great shopping experience at Hully Gully and would send anyone there to buy something...

I will let you know how Debbie makes out on the 250 Kymco when she has had a chance to try riding it.

it was a blast taking the bike home. The wind was a little chilly, but the sun was warm so it wasn't unbearable. The bike is quicker than I thought it would be, but I'm not intimidated by the difference in performance. When I arrived back in KW it rode it around the city showing all my friends and colleagues from work and they were impressed by my new toy. There were a lot of envious eyes so maybe I can cash-in on that loyalty program of yours. I will have a much harder time trying to convince their girlfriends and wives however. Thanks for the lunch and seminar. I suppose I will see you folks again for the 1000k service. Anyway, I'm off to take advantage of the sunlight and warm weather and get another ride in before sunset. Well after seeing the look on your face yesterday when I said this was my first bike, thought I'd drop you a line.
Had a fantastic ride home.
Went mostly along highway 3 to simcoe, then up 24, balance of the way in on highway 5.
The bike was great. Great balance, great shine!!

Thanks again so much, if you had not have convinced me to do it back in November, I would not have this ear splitting grin on my face now!

I trust you are well. I was not going to send this e-mail but since your customer service person phoned the house and left a msg I thought I would.

I am soooo happy with the bike I am on it at least three times a week and my confidence level came up very quickly, Nick who you met is riding his daughter’s bike with me, and he thinks he will not last the summer without buying his own.

Hi Lisa, I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Terry and the service staff at Hully Gully for the excellent customer service I received this week on my wave runner. I dropped off my wave runner with an unknown problem on Tuesday after a long weekend. With the number of other boaters also there for service I was afraid the summer would be over before I got my wave runner back but much to my surprise I received a call Wed. morning that it was ready for pick-up. I tested it the same afternoon and it was perfect.

Again thanks for all your help and it is good service like this that will bring me back for a new wave runner and service in the future, keep up the good work.
